Santy Saptari established Santy Saptari Art Consulting in 2017, with the aim to help clients in their collecting journeys. Formally trained in art and museological studies at the University of Melbourne, Australia, and Reinwardt Academy, the Netherlands, Santy offers her clients her extensive experience and professional connections in the art market across Europe and Asia. Her clients consult her on art and artists from the Asia Pacific region and beyond, from modern masters to emerging artists, as they build collections that reflect their personal and intellectual interests of the time. Her advice is grounded in the market intelligence gained from her international travels to major art fairs and events around the world, as she keeps tabs on the careers of both emerging and established artists while looking out for the latest trends and information in the international art circuit.

Whether a new collector acquiring their first work or an experienced collector looking to expand their collection, one can tap on Santy’s depth of knowledge and years of experience in the artworld. Above all trends, we are committed to helping you tell the story of your journey.

Santy Saptari Art Consulting represents clients in acquisitions, commissions and the sale of modern & contemporary art. Through an extensive network in the Asia Pacific and beyond, we are able to source and resell works with discretion, through both private sales and auctions.
Santy Saptari Art Consulting has extensive experience curating shows internationally. We will advise on the best way to present our clients’ collection visually while conceptually expressing the personality of the collection itself. We can also curate temporary exhibitions that feature works from our clients’ collections alongside works from galleries and artists.
Santy Saptari Art Consulting advises, manages and invites the appropriate artists and specialists for our clients’ educational outreach programmes. This includes artist talks, keynote lectures, conservation workshops, curatorial tours and gallery tours, among others. We do this both in relation to a temporary exhibition and a permanent collection of works and target these events to select audiences according to our clients’ needs.
